Introduction

This article provides guidance on how to reset your CyberSource Business Center password. Before beginning, ensure that your email and phone contact information have been verified or that an administrator with appropriate privileges is available to assist.

Overview

To reset a Business Center password, sign in to the appropriate environment, submit your recovery information, and complete verification using your selected recovery method.

Procedure

Requirements

You must have previously verified your Email and Phone Contact Information in the Business Center. Otherwise, a business team member with administrator privileges can assist resetting your recovery method.

  1. Sign in to the Business Center environment (Test or Live) for the user needing a password reset.
  2. Select Forgot Password at the bottom of the page.
  3. Enter your Organization ID and User Name.
  4. Select Submit.
  5. Select the desired recovery method.
If you chose the email recovery method, check your inbox and junk mail folder for a message containing a one-time passcode. The email may take up to 15 minutes to arrive.
  1. Enter the 8-digit code you received.
  2. Select Confirm Code.
  3. Enter a new password following the Password guidelines.
  4. Select Change Password.
