How to Setup Your Password Recovery Contact Information in Business Center

Instructions
- Sign in to the Business Center
- From the top right, select your username > My Profile
- In the Recovery Information section, select EDIT or ADD to the right of the value you want to use for password recovery: Email or Mobile Phone
- Note: Password recovery via SMS is available for phone numbers in 74 countries listed in the attached file (Countries Supported_OTP.xlsx)
- Enter your email address or mobile phone and your user password as prompted, SUBMIT
- Enter the passcode received/provided in the email or text into the verification window, SUBMIT
- Once verified, a green checkmark appears to the right of the Email Address and Mobile Phone field.
