A member of your business team/organization with Business Center Administrator privileges can unlock your user account.
Identify a member of your organization with the Business Center Administrator role.
Request that they unlock your account.
If you are unable to identify a member of your organization with the Business Center Administrator role:
Contact our Client Services team and request assistance with unlocking your account.
