Introduction

If your Business Center user account is locked, a colleague with the Business Center Administrator role can unlock your access, or you can contact Client Services for assistance. Administrators can also unlock other users associated with their account.

Overview

  • A colleague with the Business Center Administrator role in your company can unlock your account.
  • If you cannot locate an Administrator, our Client Services team is here to help.
  • For Administrators: To unlock other users, you must be an Administrator for the account the user is associated with.

Procedure

Regaining Access to Your Account

  1. Identify a colleague in your organization with the Business Center Administrator role.
  2. Request that this Administrator follow the steps below to unlock your user account.
  • If you cannot identify an Administrator, contact Client Services for assistance with unlocking your account.

Unlocking Another User (For Administrators)

  1. Sign in to the Business Center.
  2. Select Account Management > Users.
  3. Select the checkbox next to each user you want to unlock.
  4. Click the Enable button at the top right of the user table to enable the selected user(s).

Alternatively, click the user’s name to open the User Profile page. At the top right, select Profile status and choose Enable to unlock the user.

Important: When a user is unlocked, if the next attempt to log in fails, the user will be re-locked. This restriction will be lifted and reset once the user has successfully logged in.

Troubleshooting Access

There may be times the system is having issues even if the user is unlocked. If you have confirmed your account is enabled but still cannot log in, visit the status page for any system updates or contact Client Services for further assistance.
