Answer

It is recommended that you change the password you use to access your account in the Business Center often, and that you store it in a secure place. A new password must adhere to the following criteria:

Password Requirements

• Must contain at least 8 characters and no more than 50.
• Cannot contain your user name.
• Cannot contain more than 4 instances of the same character.
• Cannot be a previously used password.
• Must contain at least 2 numbers and/or symbols.
• Cannot contain one or more not allowed characters.
• Must contain at least 2 letters.
• Cannot be changed more than three times in 24 hours.
• Must contain at least 5 unique characters.
• Must contain at least 2 unique numbers/symbols.
• Current password does not match the stored password.
• Must contain at least one uppercase character.
