Instructions

  1. Sign in to the Business Center
  2. From the top right, select your username > My Profile
  3. In the Recovery Information section, select EDIT or ADD to the right of the value you want to use for password recovery: Email or Mobile Phone
    • Note: Password recovery via SMS is available for phone numbers in 74 countries listed in the attached file (Countries Supported_OTP.xlsx)
  4. Enter your email address or mobile phone and your user password as prompted, SUBMIT
  5. Enter the passcode received/provided in the email or text into the verification window, SUBMIT
    • Once verified, a green checkmark appears to the right of the Email Address and Mobile Phone field.
