Emailed receipts from the Enterprise Business Center (EBC) Virtual Terminal platform are being updated. Improvements to the receipts include:
• Aligning the format of automatic and manual receipts
• Adding and removing specific fields for consistency
• Moving and renaming some fields and sections for clarity

May 23, 2024:
Release change for Virtual Terminal automated email receipts on Credit (refund) and eCheck orders.
May 29, 2024:
Release change for Virtual Terminal automated email receipts on Authorization and Sale orders.

• Added fields:
“Merchant Name”
• Replaced fields:
"Merchant ID" replaced with "Merchant Name"
• Removed fields:
