The managed NetSuite plug-in has recently been updated for full ACH support. If you have not updated your plug-in in some time, please do so.

ACH is supported in NetSuite using one of two connection methods:

1. SOAP or REST API connections (direct API connections) with which you can process transactions from a webstore and/or an ERP system
2. Secure Acceptance with which NetSuite redirects customers to a hosted payment form

If you are using a direct SOAP or REST connection, please refer to the guide to:

1. Create an ACH Payment Method
2. Ensure your ACH Payment Method is selected as a Supported Payment Method in your Payment Processing Profile

• If you plan on tokenizing ACH payment data, also create an ACH Token Payment Method and ensure it is selected as a Supported Payment Method
• Payment Instruments must be enabled to use ACH Payment Method
