To access the User Guide for the version of the plug-in you have currently installed:

  1. In NetSuite, navigate to Customization > Plug-ins > Plug-in Implementations
  2. Locate Cybersource for Netsuite and select the bundle ID 316818
  3. Find the link to the document under Admin Documentation

If you need to view the latest User Guide prior to installing to the newest available version: 

  1. In NetSuite, navigate to Customization > Suite Bundler > Search & Install Bundles
  2. Search for Cybersource and select the bundle ID 316818
  3. Find the link to the document under Admin Documentation
