Decision Manager | As part of our commitment to accessibility and compliance, we are excited to introduce updates to the Decision Manager modules in the Business Center, aimed at enhancing usability and ensuring an inclusive experience for all users. The updates will enhance the Decision Manager modules to match the user experience of other modules in the Business Center that already align with the WCAG 2.1 standard. These enhancements are targeted to be available in May 2025*.
While many changes are cosmetic, some will affect interaction design, altering how users interact with specific UI elements.

Key Management - Update 2 | Key List:- New Table will use a new component - fresher look & feel.

- Meta Key column will be shown only if merchant uses Meta key - avoids confusion for non Meta users.
Key Search:
- Replacing old "pill" search with latest search component.
- Key type drop down will replace "Transaction Processing", "API Keys" categories with Key names such as SOAP, Simple Order, Rest Shared Secret, Rest Certificate etc. This will match the "Create Key" screen.
- Context search filter will be remove - It used to show "Live" & "Test" values - which is redundant as PROD & CAS have their own keys.

- Security key table labels are updated to clearly indicate the Expiration status. Additionally, Key Reference column is now “clickable” and takes the user to Key Details page straight from the Dashboard.
- Keys can now be generated in 3 steps! We now have a consolidated view of all the keys, with linked documentation and descriptions in one "Create Key" screen.

Transaction Management - Details
- Transaction Details page layout:
- Is changed to a fixed grid system with rows and columns. In each row, the 1 column row, 2 column row , 3 column row or 4 column row layout.
- Edit Layout will open up a grid system where the user can move the cards around using the icons.
- Users can Add/Remove Rows, Add/Remove Columns, Move section to left or right using buttons or click and drag.
- Users can add cards by clicking on the Add Card button
- View Substitute Receipt
- Opens up in a panel.
- Text box to enter comma separated email address to send to customer is available on the panel.
- Fields and values in sections are top and bottom aligned (instead of left and right aligned previously).
- 'Back to Search' button is replaced with a back arrow icon in the top left of the page below the title.
