Answer

Yes, Subscription IDs (generated by the legacy Secure Storage or Recurring Billing services) can be migrated from one Organization ID to another within our ecosystem.  This is not possible for Token IDs created using the Token Management Service (TMS), however.

You may initiate the process by submitting a Support Case, see related: How to Contact Client Services
The migration process may take between 5 to 15 business days to complete. 
Once the migration is complete, it is not possible to reverse the process.

Restrictions

This is only available for Recurring Billing services and/or legacy Payment Tokenization services.
Migration is not available for Token Management Service.
This timeframe of completion is for guidance and does not apply to other token migration and retrieval services that have longer completion timeframes.
