Issues pertaining to the billing address usually arise from the absence or inaccuracy of the billing address information in the customer's record.
To resolve this issue you need to make sure:
- Customer's record contains a complete billing address.
- Customer's billing address is free of special characters.
- Customer's billing address is designated as the default billing address.
