Cybersource's NetSuite plug-in sources billing and shipping address data differently depending on the type of record you're running a transaction from. Outlined below is where the address data is sourced for each record type:

• Sales Order: The billing and shipping addresses are sourced from the transaction form’s respective billing and shipping address sections.
  • If there is a default shipping or billing address on the customer record, the transaction will automatically default to the specified shipping or billing address.
• Customer Deposit: The billing and shipping addresses are sourced from the default addresses set on the customer record.
• Cash Sale: The billing address is sourced from the transaction form's billing address section. The shipping address is pulled from the default address on the customer record.
  • If there is a default billing address set on the customer record, the transaction will automatically default to the specified billing address.
• Payment: The billing and shipping addresses are sourced from the default addresses set on the customer record.
