Objective

This document provides detailed instructions on how to create and manage both merchant-level and account-level users under your Organization ID, enabling you to effectively handle multiple Transacting MIDs and perform necessary tasks within the Business Center.

Creating Users Under Your Organization ID

When setting up your Organization ID, two accounts are created: a merchant-level account and an account-level account, allowing for multiple Transacting MIDs per account. Follow these steps to create users for both accounts:

Register Your New Accounts:

Refer to the email from donotreply@support.cybersource.com.
Select the hyperlink corresponding to the account type you wish to register:

Merchant-Level User: Select the first hyperlink.


Account-Level User: Select the second hyperlink.


Enter Organization ID:

When prompted, enter your Organization ID as indicated in the email.


For account-level users, ensure the ID ends with “_acct”.
Provide a preferred email address and click Submit.

Provide User Information:

Fill in the required user information and click Next Step.

Create Password:

Set your password and select "Create User".
You will receive a confirmation prompt indicating successful user creation.

Login:

Select "Go to login screen".
Enter your login credentials.

Complete the secondary verification step via OTP.

You can now log into the Business Center
