1. Sign in to the Business Center environment where you will submit transactions (Test or Production)
2. From the navigation pane, select Payment Configuration > Key Management to display all API keys available for your Merchant ID
3. Select + Generate Key
4. Select Simple Order API for key type
5. Select Generate key
6. Read the instructions and select Download key.
7. The Set Password page appears
8. Enter your new password and confirm it
9. Once the key has been successfully downloaded, it can be found on the Key Management dashboard.
10. The .p12 file is generated and saved in your Downloads folder.
11. Copy the .p12 file to the appropriate location on your server

I receive the error message, "...Unable to generate the certificate request", when generating a p12 security key for the Simple Order API
