Instructions

To configure your account for Payer Authentication (3D Secure) services:

1. Verify your account readiness by contacting Client Services.
2. Request enablement of Payer Authentication by submitting a Support Case with the following information:

Merchant Information

• Organization ID (formerly "Cybersource Merchant ID")
• Company Name
• Merchant URL
• Currency

Merchant Acquirer Information

• Merchant Acquirer Bank Name
• Merchant Acquirer Contact Name
• Merchant Acquirer Contact Information (phone number, email address)

Verified by Visa Information

• Acquiring Bank Identifier (also referred to as Visa BIN)
• Acquiring Bank Visa MID

MasterCard SecureCode Information

• Acquiring Bank Identifier (MasterCard BIN)
• Acquiring Bank MasterCard MID
