Test Business Center

When you initially register for an account, you are initially granted access to the Test Business Center (sometimes referred to as the CAS environment). The Test Business Center is used exclusively for testing, providing you the opportunity to process 'dummy' transactions within a simulated test environment and get comfortable viewing transaction activity there. The test environment emulates a connection to the payment processor/card association; no data passes to the payment processor and only test card data and other values should be used.

 

Live Business Center

To process real payment transactions and allow funds to flow from the cardholder's/customer's issuer to your acquirer, your account must transition to 'Live' status with a valid configuration for your chosen payment processor. Once live, transaction data submitted by you flows through to Production transaction endpoints, routing to your payment processor, and then out to the appropriate payment networks.

From the Business Center, you can view live transactions and download API or Secure Acceptance security keys for the production environment. After you go live, you may continue to access the Test Business Center to submit and review test transactions.
