Answer
No, you cannot specify multiple email addresses for the Emergency Contact listed under Portfolio Management > Manage Merchants > Edit Merchant in the Business Center. Only one email address can be provided for each of the primary contacts in Business Center. If multiple recipients are required, we recommend using an email alias or distribution list that includes all individuals with the need to receive service notifications. Consult your IT team for help creating/managing email aliases and/or distribution lists.
