ContactCommunication typically received
Business Contact

May be contacted to discuss company sensitive information such as passwords or banking information.

Technical Contact

Receives automatically generated notifications, such as product updates.

May also receive non-urgent issue notifications.

May be contacted to discuss company sensitive information such as passwords or banking information.

Emergency Contact

We strongly recommend the use of an alias or distribution list as the e-mail for your Emergency Contact so that, in the event that any one contact is unavailable, others will still receive these notifications.

Importance of the Account Contacts

It is critical that this contact information is accurate in order to ensure that your company receives all communications pertinent to your account.

Notifying multiple individuals

There is only one name and email address permitted for each contact role. Your organization may have several individuals responsible for a role like the Emergency contact. To ensure that everyone in your organization associated with a role receives the appropriate communications, it is recommended that you provide an email alias for each role. Please consult your IT team for assistance setting up an email alias.
