Introduction

The Visa Acceptance Platform (VAP) introduces new capabilities for Portfolio MIDs, including the ability to configure processors and products for your transacting MIDs. If you have a Portfolio MID and need to enable additional processors or products, follow the steps below to engage Client Services.

Note: If you do not have a Portfolio MID, Client Services will assist with processor and product configuration.

Procedure

  1. Submit a Support Case
    • Log in as an admin-level user on the Portfolio MID.
    • Submit a support case to Client Services.
    • For detailed instructions, refer to Article 2638
  2. Specify Processors and Products
    • In your support case, clearly specify which processors or products you need enabled for your portfolio.
  3. Confirm Contract Status
    • Ensure all requested products are contracted and signed for your portfolio.
    • If a product is not yet contracted, contact your Sales or Account Manager before proceeding.
  4. Await Processing
    • Client Services will review your request and enable the requested processors and products on your portfolio.
