  Dear Valued Merchant,  

We are reaching out with an update regarding the Classic Analytics dashboard on Business Center. Based on merchant feedback, we are providing additional time for the transition to ensure a smoother experienceThe Classic Analytics will remain fully functional by April 23rd. After April 23rd, we will begin the process of removing the module from the Business Center and will not be able to guarantee the Classic Analytics module to be available after this date. It is strongly recommended to establish your new daily process before April 23rd.

What does this mean for you? 
You can continue accessing your insights through our additional Historical Analytics dashboards (e.g. Authorization, Deep Decline, BIN, Country, Order Conversion, Captures dashboards). If you do not currently have access, we will enable these dashboards for you in the upcoming weeks. 

What’s next? 
We’re actively working on an enhanced analytics experience and will launch a pilot later in the year. If you’re interested in providing feedback, we’d love to hear from you! Please contact GDLpaymentanalyticspilot@visa.com to express your interest.
