Simple Order API .p12 keys generated from the Business Center in Production will no longer work with the legacy managed NetSuite integration starting February 28th, 2024. Keys generated prior to February 28th will continue to work until their natural expiration, 2 years after they were generated.

Beginning February 28th, .p12 keys will be generated with an enhanced HmacPBESHA-256 algorithm, an algorithm the legacy NetSuite integration does not support. You will be required to migrate to the managed SuiteApp before your .p12 keys expire to continue processing in NetSuite. 

To ensure minimal impact during migration, please refer to the section titled "Transition from Legacy profile to SuiteApp profile" in the documentation included with the managed SuiteApp for instructions on installing and configuring the new integration. Please ensure all orders opened with the legacy integration have been processed prior to disabling it, as the new integration cannot settle orders opened on the legacy integration.

To access the SuiteApp documentation and/or install the bundle in NetSuite:

1. Navigate to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles
2. Search for Cybersource and select Cybersource for NetSuite, bundle ID 316818
3. There you will see a link for the bundle's Admin Documentation and the option to Install
