My NetSuite Payment Processing Profile Isn’t Showing as an Available Selection on My Transaction Form

If your Payment Processing Profile is not appearing as an available selection on your transaction form in NetSuite, please verify the following:
Please ensure the Payment Processing Profile and Transaction have the same values for the following:
- Currency
- Subsidiary
- Payment Method
- Payment Operation
Please ensure the Payment Processing Profile and Payment Method have the same values for the following:
- Support Line Level Data / Requires Line Level Data
If the above is configured correctly and you are still not seeing the desired Payment Processing Profile, please try the following:
- Navigate to Customization > Plug-ins > Manage Plug-ins
- Uncheck and Check the Cybersource for Netsuite Implementation checkbox
- Save the Manage Plug-in Implementations
