How to Export Diagnostics and Logs for the Managed Plug-in for NetSuite

If you are using version 25.2.0 or above:
- In NetSuite, navigate to Cybersource Integration > Diagnostics > Diagnostics
- Select all ALL LOGS / CONFIGURATION and Download File.
- The resulting .zip file will contain complete logs for the Cybersource SuiteApp and screenshots of all payment processing, invoicing and reporting profiles. If you wish only to share logs or certain configurations, you can extract these files from the compressed file to share individually.
- Please note that your payment processing profile screenshots may contain your REST API Secret Key value. If this is a production value, we recommend you cover or obscure this value before sharing.
- If the resulting log file is too large, you can set a START DATE and END DATE to limit the range captured in the logs.
If you are using version 25.1.1 or below:
In NetSuite, navigate to Cybersource Integration > SuiteApp Configuration > Export Logs. The plug-in will generate and download logs in a csv file.
Configuration screenshots will need to be acquired manually in older versions of the Cybersource SuiteApp.
