If Cybersource is your merchant acquirer (MA), you can avoid PCI non-compliance fees by providing proof of compliance. To demonstrate compliance, please forward your compliance documentation, as outlined below, to pcicompliance@cybersource.com for review.
For other merchant acquirers, please contact them directly to address PCI compliance inquiries.
Required Compliance Documentation
Provide the following:
If you do not have a proof of compliance, please refer to, How do I become PCI compliant?
- A completed and signed Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) with attestation of compliance (AOC)
- If applicable, proof of passing a network scan from an approved scanning vendor (ASV) in the form of any of the following documents:
- Scan Report from your ASV
- Certificate of Compliance from your ASV
