If your Payment Processing Profile is not appearing as an available selection on your transaction form in NetSuite, please verify the following:

Please ensure the Payment Processing Profile and Transaction have the same values for the following:

  • Currency
  • Subsidiary
  • Payment Method
  • Payment Operation

Please ensure the Payment Processing Profile and Payment Method have the same values for the following:

  • Support Line Level Data / Requires Line Level Data

If the above is configured correctly and you are still not seeing the desired Payment Processing Profile, please try the following:

  1. Navigate to Customization Plug-ins > Manage Plug-ins
  2. Uncheck and Check the Cybersource for Netsuite Implementation checkbox
  3. Save the Manage Plug-in Implementations
