You will find transaction reference number, listed as "Trans Ref No", in the following:

• The Business Center Transaction Search Detail page
• Payment Batch Detail, Transaction Detail, and Transaction Request reports
• Merchant Acquiring reports (available to merchants who are signed up for Merchant Acquiring as well as gateway)
  Refer to the Business Center User Guide for more information on reports.

To View the Transaction Reference Number (TRN) in Business Center

1. Sign in to Business Center.
2. Select Transaction Management > Transactions.
3. Specify a Date Range, e.g., Last 7 days.
4. Select Add a Filter to filter by a specific field, e.g., Request ID, Merchant Reference Number.
5. Select the Request ID to view transaction details.
6. Locate the Transaction Reference Number in the Processing Information section of the Details page.
