Instructions

In order to accept American Express (AMEX) cards from customers, you must have an account established with the American Express processor, Amex Direct. If you already have an account with Amex Direct, please submit your Service Establishment (SE) number to your merchant acquirer (MA).

If you use Cybersource for Merchant Acquiring (MA) services, please submit a Support Case with this SE Number. This change can take 3 - 5 business days to take effect.
