  • The standard Business Center reports are available to all merchants. The additional Merchant Acquiring reports are only available if you are using CyberSource Merchant Acquiring (MA) services.
• What is the difference between the Conversion Detail (Downloadable) and Conversion Detail (On-Demand) reports?
  • The Conversion Detail (Downloadable) report is a file you can download for offline use, while the Conversion Detail (On-Demand) report can be generated and viewed directly within the Business Center at any time.
• How do I know if I have access to CyberSource Merchant Acquiring (MA) services?
